Nataliya Mykolska

Trade Representative of Ukraine - Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

A dedicated official who boosted the Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and the State of Israel. Ms. Mykolska has extensive experience of over 15 years working as a legal counsel on all aspects of international trade. As Trade Representative of Ukraine, she is focused on launching the state export support system, promoting Ukrainian products and services on export markets, multilateral and bilateral preferential agreements, consistent and predictable trade policy as well as on defending the interests of Ukraine and national industries at the WTO.

Seth J. Vogelman

Trade Director Atid-EDI, a business consulting firm (Israel). Atid-EDI will be responsible for building the B2B component of the Ukrainian trade mission to Israel in July 2018.

The firm works in Israel, Turkey, Jordan, the Palestinian Authority, North Africa, the Arabian Gulf, Morocco and Egypt. Seth is serving international businesses to create and maintain a national and regional marketing system for the promotion of trade. Mr. Vogelman also produces The Fortnightly, a newsletter on economic and business development in Israel and the Middle East that is distributed internationally.
